All team captains and coaches are entirely responsible to make sure that their players fully understand tournament rules and regulations.

1. Before any team can participate in the Tournament, the tournament fee must be paid in full and a roster/release form, signed by each player and coach. Failure to provide this information (if requested) may result in forfeiture of games and participation.
2. Two "imports" will be allowed in each team.
3. Teams must have jerseys of same color and must be numbered.
   
4. A 10-minute grace period will be given before a forfeit.
   
5. In cause of a double forfeit a coin toss will determine the winner.
   
6. All games will have twenty (20) minute running halves. The last 2 minutes of the 2nd half will be regulation time. The clock will stop for all time outs and technicals.
7. Half time will be 3 minutes.
8. Each team will be given 2 time outs per game they will not carry over.
9. A thirty-second shot clock will be available upon request.
10. Backcourt will be in effect.
11. Three point shots will be allowed.
12. Players will be given 5 fouls per game.
13. Bonus free throws will be shot on the seventh team foul. Double bonus will be shot the tenth team foul. Technical fouls will be counted as a personal foul and a team foul.
14. Two flagrant fouls (2) (fighting, etc.) direct technical fouls during a game on any player, coach, or team representative will result in their disqualification for the rest of the tournament.
15. No un-sportsmanlike conduct will be accepted from a player, coach or spectator. This includes abuse towards the scorekeepers, referees and tournament officials. Any infraction could constitute a game forfeiture, removal from the tournament and suspension from future tournaments.
